Advertised Salary: $14.00 - $14.49  
Summary of Position: OMSS GearUp is looking for a student assistant that is available to travel to the different target schools and help with events. They are looking for someone who appreciates culture diversity and is able to work independently.  
Position Requirements: *Available to work events requiring late hours and some weekends
*Eligible to pass a background check
*Possess ability to work independently and as a team member
*Understanding and appreciation for culture diversity		  
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: *Answering phones, copying, faxing, and filing
*Travel to 5 Michigan GEAR UP target schools
*Assist in the collection of student and parent data
*Planning and executing college campus GEAR UP events
*Maintain positive relationships with GEAR UP parents		  
Number of Positions Available: 4
