Job Summary
|
The Associate Director/Lecturer will design and teach credited and non-credited leadership classes and workshops. The incumbent will be assigned leadership related projects and carry out the vision and goals of the Archer Center.
|
Minimum Qualifications
|
- Master’s Degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education or related field
- Five (5) years professional experience designing and facilitating interactive leadership workshops
- Teaching/lecturing experience

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
|
- Familiarity with current leadership practices and theories
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Planning, organizing and effective time management skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems

Shift
|
Business Hours: Monday - Friday. Nights and weekends occasionally required.
|
Starting Salary/Rate
|
Expected hiring range: $68,000 - $74,000 + full benefits
Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer’s good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting.
