Purpose of the Position:

RSESC is seeking a highly organized and proactive research and administrative support position to provide a wide range of support services in a dynamic office environment. This role involves a mix of performing research and front-desk responsibilities, controlled access escorting, key/access management, procurement assistance, and support for internal systems and communications—including social media, website maintenance, and data analytics.

Duties/Responsibilities

Administrative & Reception Support
• Perform research, and provide front-desk receptionist support.
• Welcome and assist leadership's customers and guests.
• Escort individuals through controlled access areas.
• Perform general administrative and miscellaneous office tasks.
• Assist with travel coordination and update related logs.
•Create/review/update/maintain the center's work instructions.
• Serve as the point of contact for Center conference activities and coordinate Center attendance and scheduling.

Social Media & Website Maintenance & Data Analytics Support/Lead
• Brainstorm, create, and publish content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Others ).
• Maintain and update content on the organization’s website (using Joomla).
• Coordinate with internal teams to highlight relevant news, events, and achievements.
• Perform data analytics involving social media and the Center website to identify and to drive customer exposure.

Procurement Support
• Assist with procurement activities, including ordering supplies.
• Maintain and update the procurement log - Pull and review reports.
• Track and manage software packages and renewal schedules.
• Provide support to other admin as needed.

Access & Key Management Support
• Maintain logs for both cardkey and physical key systems.
• Order, distribute, collect, and track office keys.
• Grant cardkey access as instructed.
• Ensure security and compliance with access protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree - preferably in science, engineering, or business; entry level.
• 9 - 12 months full-time work experience.
• Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• U.S. citizenship is required (No Dual Citizenship)

Published Salary (if available):

$48,250 - $52,000
