About the opportunity?

You will join QCHF / HBF as a Member Experience Consultant representing QCHF / HBF in the moments that matter to our members. This role operates in a fast-paced contact centre environment as the first point of contact for member queries through channels such as phone, email or online.

You will provide support to our members which may include handling policy and product enquiries, claim conversations and submissions, resolving concerns and making membership changes.

Are you an energetic, collaborative team player? Do you have a natural ability to communicate, and are you compassionate? If you are – you could be one of our valued team members here at QCHF / HBF.

You will need to have solid computer literacy skills, and the ability to be adaptable and resilient – no one conversation is the same and can be challenging!

Don’t worry though, we don’t expect you to jump straight in. If successful, you will undertake fun and dynamic, fully paid training program provided over the first 6 weeks of your employment to give you the tools you need to start helping our members the QCHF / HBF way.
