The Opportunity

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our Delivery Enablement Chapter and support embedding our Agile ways of working as part of the Value Orchestration Office.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team using servant leadership, organising, and facilitating team rituals.
• Guide the team and organisation on effective Agile practices and values.
• Assess team maturity and coach them to higher performance levels.
• Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability.
• Drive relentless improvement through feedback loops and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments for smooth progress.
• Ensure frequent delivery of product improvements using Agile/Lean principles.
• Advise and support Product Owner(s) in maintaining the product backlog.
• Collaboratively estimate work, prioritise tasks, and gather metrics.
• Work closely with Product Owner(s) and stakeholders to measure and align benefits.
