Be you, be bold, be HBF.

At HBF, we’re not just a health insurer—we're a profit for members that puts them first. With over 1,000,000 members and a proud WA heritage, we’re growing nationally and evolving to deliver even more value in the moments that matter most. It’s an exciting time to join us, and we're on the lookout for a Culture and Employee Experience Manager to help shape the way we work, connect, and grow together.

Let’s talk about the role

In this strategic leadership role, you'll be at the heart of HBF's ongoing cultural evolution, empowered to lead and influence, creating high level impact across the entire organisation. You’ll shape our workplace experience and embed a culture that supports the delivery of our strategic ambitions and aligns with our promise to deliver in the moments that matter for our members.

Here’s what your day-to-day might include:

  • Leading innovative workplace design strategies that support collaboration, well-being, and productivity.
  • Partnering with leaders to embed our leadership behaviours and culture aspirations into everyday decision-making.
  • Championing and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB) and employee wellbeing programs that foster an open workplace culture.
  • Creating communications that engage and inspire, helping leaders to become true culture champions.

Who are we looking for?

In previous roles you have led culture, EVP, or employee experience strategies, ideally in a complex, transforming organisation. You are a strong communicator and collaborator who is passionate about inclusion, innovation, and translating values into action.

Not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring bold ideas to life, you lean on your previous experience in HR, Org Psych, or Business and are well-versed in the latest trends in workplace culture, analytics, and DEIB.

Perks of working with us include

  • Fully subsidised Gold Hospital Insurance Cover for you and your family
  • Flexible working and work from home options
  • 3 additional well-being days off a year (on top of our standard 20 days annual and 10 days personal leave)
  • 2 volunteering days per year
  • 18 weeks paid parental leave
  • Access to corporate discounts across a range of gyms, retail, restaurants, and hotels
