Are you a skilled Automation Tester ready to take the next step in your career? Due to ongoing growth within the Testing Team, we are seeking a talented individual to join us on a permanent full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
About the role
As an Automation Tester, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust testing practices are in place, while also contributing to the evolution of our automation frameworks and DevOps processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing BDD UI automation using Selenium WebDriver (preferably with C#)
- Calling REST APIs from code and validating responses
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business needs
- Applying creative and analytical thinking to solve complex problems
- Supporting Agile/Scrum development cycles and contributing to DevOps practices
About you
You are a pragmatic and flexible professional with a strong track record of reliable delivery in Agile environments. You bring a collaborative mindset, sound judgement, and a passion for quality.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in BDD UI automation using Selenium WebDriver (preferably with C#)
- Solid experience in calling REST APIs from code
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Experience working in DevOps within Agile/Scrum methodologies
Desirable skills
- Proficiency in creating test cases, test data, and performing system testing
- Prior experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS
- Experience in the core insurance domain is advantageous
