In this collaborative role, you’ll work alongside Change Managers, Product Owners, and Tribe Leads to support change initiatives across the business—both project-based and BAU. You'll help design and implement change strategies that minimise disruption, reduce resistance, and support smooth transitions for our employees and members.

What You'll Do

• Support the delivery of successful change outcomes using HBF’s Enterprise Change Management tools and frameworks.
• Analyse the scope and impact of multiple concurrent changes across teams and processes.
• Co-design change interventions and support readiness activities.
• Create engaging content for workshops and stakeholder communications.
• Build strong relationships across change-generating areas to coordinate timing, alignment, and business impacts.
• Contribute to the growth of the ECM team and continuously improve our ways of working.

About you
We're seeking someone who’s curious, collaborative, and proactive.
To be successful in this role you should have:

• Experience in organisational change, with exposure to change management frameworks (preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A keen understanding of how people experience change and what drives successful adoption.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical business language.
• Strong facilitation, coordination, and influencing skills.
• Experience in supporting large-scale projects would be a plus.
