As the Acting Head of Health & Lifecycle Marketing you will lead a team of 10 marketing professionals in delivering across our Health, social media and content, and our cross-functional chapter-based marketing and communications to members across their journey with HBF.
In this role you will be responsible for developing strategic marketing initiatives, execution of marketing and communications deliverables, leading and managing the team and working closely with key Health and Member Services stakeholders as a trusted partner.
This is a short-term opportunity while a permanent recruitment process commences shortly.

You are a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record of inspiring and managing teams to deliver outstanding results. You have the ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance and delivery excellence.
