The Opportunity
Join our Core Chapter team within the new NWOW operating model and collaborate closely with Business SMEs, Business Analysts and testers, to ensure the smooth functioning of the Ensure platform throughout its life cycle.

This crucial role in system life cycle management will help business and technical teams understand the functionality of Civica Ensure.

You will support the ongoing configuration of the Ensure System including reference data and supporting functional design as required, implementing changes and also work to maintain optimum performance.  Engaging with Civica for support and issue investigation and resolution and delivery will also be required.

Position Accountabilities:

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, the Policy & Products, Claims & Provider squads, to deeply understand their business needs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure the design meets both business and technical requirements.
• Analyse and address functional defects and performance issues discovered during testing, specifically related to the configuration and setup of Ensure data.
• Prepare and maintain systems and technical documentation, adhering to agreed standards.
• Configure, test as required, and provide peer reviews of team members' work to ensure quality and accuracy.

About You
We are seeking someone with technical expertise in HBF's product, policy, and claims management systems. Experience working within the Ensure platform is ideal, but not essential as training can be provided.

Skills and experience that will be highly regarded include:

• Configuration management skills.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience in understanding and analysing reference data to interpret its functionality, recommend changes and improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders across the organisation.
