As a HR Officer, you will provide essential support across HR operations. You’ll help ensure smooth processes, assist leaders, and contribute to a positive workplace culture that values growth and innovation.
This role offers variety and impact, combining HR generalist with recruitment responsibilities in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Do
- Provide HR Support to leaders with HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate employment variations, onboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and the Enterprise Agreement.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for Queensland-based roles.
- Assist with Employee Relation matters, including performance management and grievance handling.
- Help the team conduct risk assessments to mitigate people-related risks.
About You
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
