As Client Services Manager you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to residents and families in a supportive and caring way.

Reporting to the National Client Services Manager, you will be a key contact for all state enquiries relating to admissions to Aurrum care homes.  You will liaise with families and health professionals in relation to resident needs ensuring that each resident experiences exceptional person-centred care. 

About You

To be successful in the Client Services Manager role with Aurrum, you will need to have:

• Champion the 'Living Life' philosophy and culture of person-centred care
• Sound knowledge and experience in AN-ACC
• An excellent understanding of Australia's Aged Care standards
• Highly developed communication, negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Exceptional customer experience delivery, review, and development
• Demonstrate ability in financial management and budget oversight
• Highly strategic, organised and an eye for detail 
• Willingness to travel between sites, within Victoria
