Enterprise Trainer

We are seeking a skilled fence builder to join our team. You will have the skills, experience, and desire to be on the tools alongside our young people, delivering high quality projects for our customers and meeting contractual obligations. You will understand the skills and behaviours to instil in young people and will be extremely motivated and encouraging.

• 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Your role will include:

• Leading and mentoring young trainees on simple construction projects (fencing, retaining walls, concreting & carpentry)   
• Collaborating with youth workers to provide enhanced support and guidance
• Ensure adherence to contract specifications and schedules
• Meeting contractual specifications and scheduling requirements
• Promoting a positive Workplace Health and Safety culture

You will bring:

• passion, commitment and belief in young people
• demonstrated knowledge of WHS requirements
• excellent communication skills to build relationships with our trainees and customers
• current white card and first aid certificate or ability to obtain
