In this newly created role of Performance Enhancement Manager you will lead the way in delivering inclusive, life-changing services. You will help build a new program from the ground up, coach and empower our teams and embed best practice across our IEA services.
In this role you will also:
- Coach and mentor frontline staff and leaders to grow their confidence and capability in delivering inclusive, person-centred services.
- Lead quality assurance and compliance activities that align with the IEA Deed and yourtown’s commitment to excellence.
- Use data insights to drive continuous improvement and support informed, strategic decision-making.
- Champion inclusive practices and represent yourtown in sector forums, working groups, and collaborative initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to embed evidence-based approaches that put young people first.

In addition you also possess:
- A minimum of five years’ experience in Disability Employment Services or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sector and its evolving needs.
- A proven track record in coaching, mentoring and driving performance improvement across diverse teams and service environments.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks and a commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive services aligned with relevant legislation and organisational standards.
- Highly developed communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Lived experience of disability or substantial experience working alongside people with disability is highly valued and will enrich your contribution to inclusive practice.
- Relevant qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services or Training and Assessment are desirable and will support your success in this role.
