This position is in the Financial Planning and Strategy department. The program manager will assist the VP of Strategic Modeling and Analytics in managing a program portfolio of projects for the Financial Planning Modeling (FPM) and Business Intelligence Reporting (BIR) groups to achieve expanded and improved use of our Anaplan and Oracle Data Visualization applications. We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and focused individual with experience in financial planning and BI analytics reporting concepts and projects, as well as direct, hands-on experience in functional-side application implementations, process organization and documentation, and application and process training. You will be trusted to:

- Develop and run program roadmaps and assist with the high-level strategy of a portfolio of related projects and initiatives for both the financial planning modeling and BI reporting groups.
- Work with the group supervisors to understand project scopes and requirements, resource availability, applicable timelines, organizational change needs, stakeholder coordination, evaluation of dependencies and risks, and to help drive solutions to completion.
- Document all processes and procedures for both the FPM and BIR groups.
- Coordinate training offered to end users of the Anaplan and Oracle BI reporting applications. Develop in-house training tools, including documents, scripts, and on-demand videos.
- Bring together key stakeholders and resources to build consensus for prioritized projects, ensure results are aligned with program goals, and collaborate across multiple lines of business to achieve desired outcomes and meet strategic objectives.
- Assist with additional program initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.

You qualify with:

- Twelve or more years of experience in program management, financial modeling, business intelligence reporting, financial application project management, or other relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in finance, business, project management, accounting, computer science, information systems or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

You are a great fit with:

- Experience in both the Anaplan financial modeling application and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)/Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and Oracle Data Visualization (ODV) tools.
- In lieu of experience with the above listed specific applications, knowledge and skills with other financial modeling/budget and Business Intelligence (BI) applications is preferred, including having a functional role and involvement in application related projects in a financial and operational business environment.
- Experience in program management, including skills and tools for coordinating activities between multiple projects with detailed attention to program strategy, project and resource scheduling, customer requirements, organization of cross-functional teams, and program implementation.
- Skills in documenting financial, operational, and technical processes and procedures related to business applications.
- Skills in coordinating training and developing training tools for staff and business area end users.
- Knowledge of concepts related to financial planning and modeling, data warehousing, data analytics, and BI visualization and reporting.
