This is an opportunity to be a part of a great organization and enjoy nature and the outdoors. As our Parks Customer Service Representative I, you will have the opportunity to join our team in LCRA’s Coastal District Parks where the Lower Colorado River meets the Gulf of Mexico. Here you’ll have the opportunity to create amazing memories for guests and their families. This position will assist with customer service, reservations, and facilitate rentals. Position Duration:  September 30th – January 27th

You will be trusted to:

- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate customer reservations from third party reservation centers.
- Greet and provide park information to customers.
- Facilitate rental of a variety of watercrafts and work with customers for facility and site rentals.
- Operate with integrity and a focus on safety

You qualify with:

- Zero or more years of experience in providing customer service and operation of an electronic Point-Of-Sale System, preferably in a park or hotel setting or relevant experience.
- Driver's license

You are a great fit with:

- One of more years of experience in customer service with the general public.
