Senior Account Manager, Private LTE

LCRA is looking for an outstanding business development manager to deliver a new private LTE service in Texas. We want someone who is passionate about LCRA’s mission of public service and who enjoys delivering excellence every single day to join our team. LCRA's private LTE network will deliver secure and reliable data and voice communications to critical infrastructure providers and first responders in Central Texas.

You will be trusted to:

- Develop a marketing and sales plan for key customers; maintain a clean and growing opportunity pipeline in CRM.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and prospects.
- Share potential issues of critical importance to LCRA's customers. Collaborate with teammates and management to develop private LTE solutions to meet customer needs.
- Assess the business practices of each potential and current customer. Develop a detailed understanding of and insight into the customers’ business needs, operations, processes and strategies.
- Follow the evolving private LTE landscape, relevant standards, and regulatory requirements and how they apply to LCRA customers. Assist in developing, updating and maintaining private LTE service offerings.
- Work with customers and prospects to understand their needs and present thoughtful and valuable solutions.
- Prepare proposals and agreements. Coordinate and assist in the technical review of agreements with internal team members. Review customer objectives and ensure that LCRA is able to meet or exceed those requirements. Coordinate with legal, finance and operational areas to ensure contract compliance and accurate billing of services.
- Act as the LCRA liaison on projects for assigned customers. Answer customer inquiries, questions and concerns and assist with issue resolution. Ensure that all services are carried out within agreed upon terms and timing schedules to the level expected by both LCRA and the customer.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to the success of the communities that LCRA serves.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting revenues and expenses for customer accounts.
- Travel between 25-50% of your work time to customer locations and events primarily in Central Texas.

You qualify with:

- Nine or more years of experience in operational area related to assigned accounts, account management, contract administration, billing, accounting/bookkeeping, customer service, public relations, business development or business process consulting or relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in business, communications, marketing, public relations, government affairs, political science, technical area of specialty or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver's license

You are a great fit with:

- Experience in B2B or B2G technology sales and account management, with relevant experience in customer success, public relations, contracts, billing, business development, or channel sales. Private LTE, electrical engineering, or wireless communications experience a plus.
- Any level of degree in engineering, or telecommunications
