Are you a passionate, hard-working individual looking to join an effective team with a focus on asset management and data integrity? LCRA is looking for a Transmission Reliability Coordinator that will play a key role in maintaining over 36,000 assets located in substations across Texas. This is a hybrid work position in Austin, Texas, in persona minimum of twice a week, with the option to work up to three days remotely. Our team ensures LCRA TSC assets are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements and leads the LCRA TSC maintenance program to provide reliable electrical transmission service to the Texans we serve.

You will be trusted to:

- Maintain data in the enterprise asset management system (IBM Maximo) to ensure assets are maintained in a manner that support regulatory and maintenance requirements.
- Monitor project prints, project completions, equipment installations and equipment removals to ensure effective asset tracking and maintenance plans are established.
- Perform substation audits utilizing engineering drawings and technical information to verify all assets are documented and maintenance plans are established to support maintenance and regulatory requirements.
- Establish relationships with field personnel and other counterparts to aid in data collection, coordination, and support.
- Perform assessment, coordination, scheduling and prioritization of maintenance, repair, capital improvement project (CIP), and customer work activities for the transmission system.

Note: Some work hours are spent in a transmission substation or transmission line environment, which involves exposure to uneven or unstable walking surfaces. Work involves carrying up to 25 pounds when transporting documents and prints. Field work can involve out-of-town travel and overnight lodging, typically less than 7 days per year.

You qualify with:

- Six or more years of experience in electrical or mechanical equipment installation, maintenance or repair in a transmission system environment or performing transmission system maintenance support duties, or other relevant experience. A degree(s) in electrical power theory, electronics, instrumentation, controls, industrial or mechanical maintenance or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver's license  

You are a great fit with:

- Experience with electrical transmission or distribution operations, maintenance, or support
- Prior experience using IBM Maximo or other enterprise asset management system for asset tracking, PM and work order creation, data analysis, and reporting
- Intermediate skill in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical diagrams
- Ability to articulate complex, technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
- Intermediate skill in office productivity applications (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Ability to independently analyze and solve complex problems
