Are you a motivated leader with a process improvement mindset and a focus on data integrity? LCRA is looking for a Supervisor of our Transmission Asset & Work Management Solutions team. In this role, you’ll have responsibility for leading a highly effective team that maintains our asset & maintenance records in IBM Maximo for over 36,000 assets at more than 400 substations. This team plays a key role in fulfilling LCRA TSC’s regulatory requirements for PRC-005-6 and FAC-003-4 and establishes the LCRA TSC maintenance program to provide reliable transmission service to the Texans we serve.

You will be trusted to:

- Ensure appropriate processes, procedures and records are developed and maintained within the department. Implement work processes that improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
- Ensure functionality and efficient use of technology systems to support LCRA TSC operations and maintenance. Lead transmission asset management and related process improvement activities. Identify and develop reliability improving initiatives, processes and programs.
- Provide leadership and direction to work management activities. Provide oversight to quality assurance tasks in support of maintenance planning and asset management functions. Ensure the assessment, coordination, scheduling, and prioritization of maintenance, repair, capital improvement project (CIP), and other work activities for the transmission system are timely and accurate.
- Develop and maintain reports and queries to ensure compliance of the CMMS with the LCRA TSC Maintenance Standard, LCRA Right-of-Way Management Plan, and regulatory standards.
- Provide data analysis, metrics, reports, and work forecasting services to other departments. Develop and deliver various reports and presentations to management, executives, and other internal customers.
- Coordinate with Digital Services resources for the proper implementation of CMMS system upgrades or any changes that affect Transmission Asset Management practices. Serve as a Maximo Subject Matter Expert for LCRA Transmission Services.

You qualify with:

- Nine or more years of experience in transmission operations, maintenance, planning, engineering, information technology, or other relevant experience. A degree in business, computer science, information systems, electrical power theory, electronics, instrumentation, controls, industrial or mechanical maintenance or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

- Advanced knowledge of Maximo
- Basic knowledge of CAD viewer software navigation
- Basic knowledge of Electrical transmission equipment
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization software
