As the Director of IT Project Management, you will have a crucial part in guaranteeing our IT projects are completed flawlessly, closely aligned with our strategic goals, and delivered on time and within budget.

You will be trusted to:

- Partner with Executive Sponsors to design, develop, and structure the portfolio, ensuring alignment across all stages of the customer lifecycle (ideation through implementation including associated financials) to drive outcomes.
- Oversee all aspects of program & project delivery, including stakeholder communication, concise scope, clear schedules, resource allocation, vendor management, and progress tracking, project budgets with funding source(s), and forecasts to ensure that the program and/or project meets its objectives to meet business needs.
- Accustomed to managing a portfolio of programs & projects in a robust project management information system (PMIS) with integrated financials (ERP), critical path management & risk reporting system. Experience with Primavera P6 & PeopleSoft financials is a plus.
- Experience with internal & external oversight (examples include NERC CIP, NIST, etc. within a regulatory framework and industry best practices (e.g., PMI).
- Requires strong working experience with LOB & Enterprise applications, infrastructure refresh, cybersecurity, hardware/operating system refresh.

You qualify with:

Twelve or more years of business experience or other relevant experience including five or more years of supervisory experience and five or more years of experience in directing and managing complex projects including project controls and work package management.
Degree(s) in project management, business, finance, economics, engineering, construction management, math, science, computer science, information technology or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
Driver’s license

- Experience managing multi-million-dollar IT projects
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Experience utilizing project management software
