At LCRA, we are seeking to find a driven Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is an opportunity to work on a variety of maintenance related tasks and projects. In this role you will be responsible for completing day to day assignments that pertain to maintenance and safety of buildings and grounds. Performing all work in accordance with established safety procedures is pivotal. Professional customer service and communication to building tenants is essential for this position. We are looking for someone that could develop competence by performing structured work assignments with instructions, mentorship and direction from leadership and/or more experienced colleagues. You will be trusted to:

- Regularly inspect buildings, garages, and grounds for damage, debris, lights out, etc.
- Assist with carpentry, drywall repair, and painting as needed.
- Assist with ordering parts/materials as needed for repairs and shop inventory.
- Document work into logs, files, system prints and other records and through communications, both oral and written, with other team members and supervisors.
- Escort Contractors and Vendors for maintenance projects

You qualify with:

- Zero or more years of experience in building, grounds maintenance, or other relevant experience.
- Driver's license

You are a great fit with:

- Building Operators and Management Institute Certification (BOMI)
- Experience in drywall repair and/or painting
- Experience in electrical, HVAC or Plumbing
