We, the Line Operations department at LCRA, based in Marble Falls Texas, are looking for a High Line worker to join our team! In this role, you would help us in our mission to improve the lives of Central Texas. You will be trusted to:

- Perform work, or assist more experienced employees in performing work, on transmission power lines, rights of way, transmission steel structure foundation installations, and with site preparation.
- Operate and maintain, or assist in operation and maintenance, of equipment such as bucket trucks, boom trucks, winch trucks, etc. used in performing aerial work.
- Prepare and transport equipment and material for daily projects.
- Respond to emergency and other call-out situations as required.
- Learn to perform aerial work. Climb wood and steel transmission structures to extreme heights using proper safety equipment.
- Learn and follow all safety, environmental and departmental policies and procedures.
- Perform work by traveling with a small crew to various locations (substations, power plants, transmission lines, etc.) as scheduled.

You qualify with:

- Zero or more years of experience in transmission and/or distribution line construction and/or maintenance work or related field involving work at heights, or relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license

You are a great fit with:

- Class A Texas commercial driver’s license
