At LCRA, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Operations & Business Analyst to join our dynamic Telecom Group! This role will involve bolstering LCRA's private LTE network for vital internal and customer mission critical communications. You will be trusted to:

- Process and maintain approved contracts
- Lease Payment / Invoicing Administration
- Provide insight and recommendations for enhancing and developing new processes
- Perform analysis on multiple projects
- Assist in the development of strategic goals and objectives


You qualify with:

- Six or more years' experience in capital planning, decision-making modeling, operations and maintenance planning, financial management, project management and strategic business support or relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in business, economics, engineering, finance, math, science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

You are a great fit with:

- Experience in Contract Management
- Experience with Payment Escalations
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience in Oracle PeopleSoft
- Experience in IBM Maximo
