You will be trusted to:

- Configure and deploy software applications and operating systems, ensuring they meet organizational standards and requirements.
- Install endpoint management applications and perform tuning to optimize performance and reliability.
- Monitor Ivanti EPM/Neurons performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
- Manage application updates and patches, with a focus on maintaining security and functionality.
- Work closely with Cyber departments to plan, develop, pilot, and distribute remediation steps for OS and Application vulnerabilities, ensuring a cohesive approach to security.
- Provide technical support and training to users and IT staff, addressing any application-related issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.

You qualify with:

- Four or more years of experience in providing troubleshooting, configuration, administration and support for software applications or relevant experience. A degree(s) in computer science, information technology or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver’s license

You are a great fit with:

- Configuration Management Experience: 4 years of experience with WSUS, MDT, SCCM, BigFix or other
- Patching Experience: At least 2 years of experience in patching applications, ensuring devices are up-to-date and secure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in application and operating system configuration, deployment, installation, tuning, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear technical assistance and training.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, managers, and experienced colleagues to develop competence through structured work assignments.
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Ivanti Experience: 2+ years of Ivanti Endpoint Manager Administration or Ivanti Neurons
- Ivanti Certification: Ivanti certified, with a strong understanding of Ivanti's suite of products.
