If so, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Material & Logistics Coordinator to join our Generation Logistics team! In this role you will be able to utilize your Inventory experience in various daily functions. Your responsibilities include processing daily receipts, inventory transaction, and Cycle counts across south central Texas. This is an opportunity to demonstrate resourcefulness as you manage several different locations and materials to support our Generation facilities. You will be trusted to:

- Promote accurate and efficient inventory management processes, including but not limited to material handling, shipping/receiving, resource planning, requisition, scheduling and inventory control measures. Perform appropriate documentation of all inventory, planning and procurement activities. Create records and reports as needed to ensure accurate and auditable information is provided and in accordance with LCRA policies and internal controls objectives.
- Perform cycle counts and reconciliations, analyzes usage patterns and adjusts stock levels as necessary.
- Support efficient logistics and material movements. Coordinate shipping/receiving with freight companies or other carriers (e.g. UPS). Ensure inbound shipments accurately correspond to receiving documents, noting discrepancies or damage. Communicate with truck drivers, trucking dispatchers and other material specialists to coordinate deliveries at warehouse(s) and multiple laydown yards.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, customers and suppliers regarding supply planning, requisitions, delivery, and status updates. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and successfully coordinate with stakeholders as required.
- Ensure materials and associated specifications and part numbers are accurate and up-to-date. Process and track returns, repairs or replacements as needed.
- Monitor and update inventory status, issuance, stock numbers and locations in work management software and ERP system. Maintain warehouse inventory spreadsheets. Identify, report and resolve inventory discrepancies while updating relevant parties and databases as required.
- Perform spot-buy purchases of materials and vendor services as authorized.
- May operate materials handling heavy equipment to ensure successful and safe delivery and receipt of materials.

You qualify with:

- Five or more years of experience in logistics, materials planning, inventory control, inventory management or warehouse operations or relevant experience.

You are a great fit with:

- Experience communicating with vendors and stakeholders
- Expertise in warehouse operations; inventory management and control; material handling; planning and movements
- Understanding of the purchasing process and heavy equipment operation
