At LCRA, our Project Controls team is looking for an experienced Sr. Project Scheduler to lead the Project Management Office in driving project success through schedule quality and analysis. You will be trusted to:

- Serve as a PMO trainer, mentor, subject matter expert and leader in scheduling software (P6), schedule quality and analysis, resource management, project management and scheduling best practices.
- Lead project scheduling efforts by overseeing the development and maintenance of accurately decomposed work breakdown structures and project schedules to effectively manage projects and drive project success.
- Lead project schedule quality and schedule analysis, measuring and tracking project progress, frequent and regular schedule maintenance to reflect actual work and changes. Identifies risks, interdependencies across projects, and claims management. Develop and implement KPIs.
- Lead and perform critical path analysis and earned value management analysis. Identify schedule risks and opportunities.
- Ensure scheduling standards, procedures, and tools are followed across projects.
- Lead project change management by tracking progress against project baselines, identifying deviations and ensuring proactive reporting and communication to maintain alignment with PMO governance frameworks and keep the project on track.
- Perform oversight of portfolio and project schedules to ensure consistency and accuracy across the PMO.

You qualify with:

- Nine or more years of experience in project controls, project management, project scheduling, business analytics, data analysis, budget analysis, or other relevant experience. A degree(s) in project management, business, accounting, finance, economics, engineering, construction management, math, science, computer science, information technology or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
