LCRA is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Risk Analyst Sr. to join our team and help drive enterprise-wide risk visibility and mitigation. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and that is passionate about protecting digital assets through proactive governance and risk management. You’ll work cross-functionally with cybersecurity, compliance, and business teams to assess risks, recommend controls, and support decision-making. We want someone who brings deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. You will be trusted to:
- Conduct risk assessments on systems, vendors, and emerging technologies to identify and quantify cybersecurity risks. - Develop and maintain risk registers, mitigation plans, and reporting dashboards for leadership and audit readiness. - Collaborate within Cybersecurity, Digital Services, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements applicable to Cyber GRC functions. - Evaluate and enhance third-party risk management processes, including vendor onboarding and continuous monitoring. - Support incident response and remediation efforts by providing risk context and control recommendations. - Contribute to the evolution of cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, and control libraries. - Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner. - Administer the assigned Threat and Vulnerability (TVM/VAT) Management and Attack Surface Management & Reduction (ASR) platforms.
You qualify with:
- Nine or more years of experience in cybersecurity risk or relevant experience. A degree(s) in information technology, computer science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience. - Driver’s license
