This position is a perfect growth opportunity for someone who is dedicated, hardworking, and eager to become a part of the heartbeat here at LCRA. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and will focus on reporting, data capturing and analytical support to the business by analyzing and generating site key performance indicators. Accompanied by strong technical and organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, be self-sufficient in their work, and will strive for excellence in all areas of their work and exemplify LCRA’s values of focusing on service, taking initiative, showing respect, operating with integrity, and focusing on safety.

You will be trusted to:

- Generate reports and dashboards that analyze trends (leading/lagging indicators), site performance, and department financial data.
- Support multiple safety applications by performing database updates, as well as other application maintenance.
- Create innovative ways and visual aids to share site performance across the organization.
- Produce accurate safety related communication that is consistent with LCRA’s safety mission and goal.
- Build partnerships with other departments and leaders to understand the alignment with safety processes and proactively drive growth and improve results toward the best in class safety culture.

You qualify with:

- Six or more years’ experience in administration of industrial safety and/or health programs, operations analysis, process improvement, project management, business systems analysis, financial analysis or related experience. A degree in safety, health, business, economics, finance, computer science, information systems or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver’s license

You are a great fit with:

- Advanced experience in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, etc.
- Experience with safety management systems and learning management systems
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting and recordkeeping (OSHA, ANSI, EPA, etc.).
-Industry certification in data analytics or data science
