We are excited to announce that we are experiencing unprecedented growth in our Transmission Services Corporation portfolio and would like to add a Business Coordinator to our team. In fact, LCRA TSC plans to invest almost $6 billion on capital projects over the five-year planning period to support the need of the ERCOT and LCRA TSC systems. As our Business Coordinator, you can balance many tasks at once, always giving proper credence to varying priorities. This role is expected to operate with limited oversight. You will be trusted to successfully train and manage our temporary and contract help with outstanding results. This is an opportunity to continually find creative solutions to solve challenges!
You will be trusted to:
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing and developing new programs to management. - Perform business case analysis and/or feasibility analysis on multiple projects. Assist with research for, and development of, cost benefit analysis for various maintenance, rehabilitation and/or replacement options for specific assets, related to the strategic plan. - Assist in defining scope, recommends approach, and leads execution of strategic projects. Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost and ultimately achieve the desired outcome. Develop data-driven insights for delivery to an executive/Board level audience. - Assist in the development and implementation of operating plans, goals, objectives, priorities and procedures that are in alignment with the established strategic goals and objectives of the department. - Apply creative problem-solving skills to strategic issues.
You qualify with:
- Four or more years of administrative, business, operations, or other relevant experience. - A degree in a relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience. - Driver’s license for departments where independent travel is required.
