Essential Job Functions: 1. Provide culturally sensitive clinical, consultation, and outreach interventions which address identity development and intersectionality, and the impact of historical and acute systemic of oppression and trauma on mental health.
2. Teach courses in diversity intervention and assessment.
3. Participate in the coordination of the multicultural/diversity program track.
4. Provide clinical and research mentorship/supervision to graduate clinical students many of whom are BIPOC individuals.
5. Provide mentorship of our BIPOC students.
6. Focus scholarly publications and presentations on the broad areas of multiculturalism, equity, and diversity.
7. Work with faculty and student groups to promote activities that serve to create a supportive climate for students from marginalized identities.
8. Enhance our ongoing efforts to recruit and to retain students from diverse backgrounds.
9. Support the mission of the College by demonstrating flexibility in the scheduling of courses, supervision, and/or clinic meetings.
10. Serve and contribute to appropriate department, college, and university committees.
11. Maintain a professional development plan to assure growth and currency within the academic field.
12. Other duties as assigned by the Department Chair and/or Dean.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Experience with ethnically diverse populations.
Job Requirements:  
Required Certifications/Licensures: Licensed or license eligible in the State of Florida.
Required Education: Doctoral Degree
Major (if required): Clinical or counseling psychology or related field
Required Experience: 1. College and/or university level teaching experience.
2. A record of scholarly publications.
3. Clinical/scholarly expertise in multiculturalism, equity, and diversity.
Preferred Qualifications: 1. Clinical supervision experience.
2. Potential to secure or a record of external funding to support a research program.
