Essential Job Functions: | 1. Manages the onboarding and off-boarding process of startup companies to ensure a smooth experience across the program and to further their integration into other programs. 2. Coordinates accelerator program activities, and ensures that the necessary resources and equipment required for the programs are available. 3. Manages the scheduling of program activities and meetings for the group by coordinating various calendars from stakeholders and industry partners. 4. Supervises the logistical setup of teaching workshops including parking, security access, name badges, and IT connectivity within the office. Monitors the needs and morale of startup companies attending programs and workshops and assists when necessary. 5. Monitors and facilitates the timely execution of all startup company assignment deliverables, working closely with the facilitator on expectations and accountability. 6. Organizes and coordinates mentors for program engagement and mentor matching with startups. 7. Manages the arrangement of special events such as Mentor Matching Week, investor pitch events, mentor networking events and community off-sights as well as being a major participant in Founder’s Pitch Competition execution. 8. Coordinates the logistics for cohort curriculum programming to ensure everyone is where they need to be on any given day. 9. May teach lecture/workshop sessions in collaboration with the facilitator. 10. Maintains and coordinates all logistical announcements to startup companies before, during and after the cohort, working side-by-side with the facilitator to anticipate those needed announcements. 11. Completes special projects as assigned. 12. Performs other duties as assigned or required. |
