| Essential Job Functions: | 1. Teach core clinical psychology courses in the doctoral programs or others as assigned. 2. Maintain an active research program, including developing peer-reviewed publications. 3. Mentor doctoral students in research. 4. Contribute to diversity and inclusivity in research, teaching, and service. 5. Create a climate conducive to learning. 6. Participate in department wide activities such as faculty meetings, clinical competency examinations, chairing dissertations/directed studies, etc. as assigned. 7. Serve on and contribute to appropriate NSU and College committees, and professional associations. 8. Maintain a professional development plan to assure growth and currency within the academic field. 9. Other duties as assigned by the Department Chair and/or Dean. |
