Information Technology Infrastructure Technician South Hadley, MA
Are you an experienced IT professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? If so, then the Information Technology Infrastructure Technician position withMount Holyoke College's Library, Information, and Technology Services (LITS) might be the perfect fit for you. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, managing, and field-supporting a wide range of low-voltage and network-attached devices and equipment, including campus phones, ID (OneCard) systems, blue light phones, and public safety systems. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the design of these systems, adding your expertise to our team's collective knowledge. But that's not all. Leadership Giving Officer Hybrid - South Hadley, MA, South Hadley, MA
Attention all fundraising professionals! Mount Holyoke College is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Leadership Giving team as a Leadership Giving Officer. As a Leadership Giving Officer, you will manage a portfolio of Mount Holyoke College alum, parents, and prospective donors, designing and implementing identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies. You will travel frequently to engage with these key members of our community in conversations leading to increased expendable commitments and six-figure (and potentially seven-figure) gifts. Reporting to the Director of Leadership Giving, you will play a vital role in raising leadership-level expendable and endowment gifts in support of Mount Holyoke College’s upcoming campaign. In this role, you will be able to develop and be mentored in your skills as a major gift fundraiser. Creative Assets Manager Hybrid - South Hadley, MA
As Creative Assets Manager, you play a crucial role in producing captivating content that aligns with the College's brand and message. Your responsibilities range from videography and photography to animation and illustration. Collaborating closely with the Communications and Marketing team and other departments, you will deliver engaging content across all digital channels and print communications. Your position demands creativity and innovation, as you will be presenting fresh ideas that support the College's messaging goals and content strategies. You are the go-to person for photography, videography, and digital media requests made to the Office of Communications & Marketing. As such, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a hybrid role that requires you to be on campus for at least two days each week. However, due to the nature of the work, you need to be in close proximity to the College, and there may be times when you need to be physically present more often. You must have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Your role demands high-quality content that meets the College's standards and exceeds expectations.
MH Fund Officer for Leadership Annual Giving South Hadley, MA
As the Mount Holyoke Fund Officer for Leadership Annual Giving, you'll have the important job of managing a group of potential donors and volunteers who are capable of making annual gifts ranging from $1,837 to $25,000 to the Mount Holyoke Fund. You'll be their guide through the fundraising process, from discovery to cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. You'll also have the pleasure of meeting with 70+ alumni each year, both in person and via Zoom, to promote support and membership in the Cornerstone Society, which recognizes donors who give $1,837 or more annually to the College. Although this role requires regular travel, it's an exciting opportunity to connect with others who share a passion for making a difference. In addition, you'll oversee The Mount Holyoke Fund strategy and volunteer management for ten post-50th Reunion classes with the goal of maintaining high levels of engagement and support after the 50th Reunion. You'll also serve as the staff liaison to the Beyond the 50th Committee, which is a high-level volunteer group representing post-50th Reunion classes. This will involve regular communication, facilitating conference calls, and assisting with the work of the Beyond the 50th Committee. But don't worry, your role will be fully supported by the Associate Director for Leadership Annual Giving. It's a big job, but we know you're up for the task!
Sr Leadership Gift Officer Remote, South Hadley, MA
Are you ready for an exciting opportunity as a Senior Leadership Giving Officer? Your role will be a crucial part of the College's strategy for your assigned region. You will be responsible for connecting closely with philanthropic individuals who share our institutional priorities. Your job will involve matching prospect interests with institutional needs, coordinating regional events, and directly soliciting individuals. You will be managing a portfolio of Mount Holyoke College alumnae and parent donors, as well as prospective donors.
