Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of journey level carpentry tasks to include maintenance, repair, construction, and alteration of various building structures.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of five years full-time equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Required License and/or Certifications:
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• Proficient skills in project coordination and oversight
• Ability to work independently and as part of team
• Ability to safely and effectively operate hand and power tools, as well as heavy equipment
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize requests for service
• Proficient skills in operating office equipment and a computer, including Microsoft Office, Work Order, and Bluebeam Revue Software.
• Ability to effectively present and speak one-on-one and in small group situations
• Ability to read, write and speak in English
