North Idaho College is seeking a Full-time Enrollment Coordinator to join our Office of Admissions & Recruitment in Coeur d'Alene. In this pivotal role, you'll guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide exceptional customer service, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for academic programs and services.

Responsibilities include engaging with prospective students and their families, processing applications and transcripts, collaborating with campus stakeholders, representing NIC at events, and utilizing student information systems. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a passion for supporting student success, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of two years full-time related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), including public speaking and active listening
• Ability to provide exemplary customer service to internal and external constituents
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
• Ability to operate standard office equipment including phone, fax, copier
• Manages multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to student success
