Are you passionate about helping seniors and adults with disabilities access vital resources? North Idaho College is seeking a Senior Services Specialist to join our Area Agency on Aging team to provide information, referrals, and assistance to those in need. With a focus on Adult Protection Services intake, you'll screen calls, assess eligibility for services, and connect individuals with community resources.

Success in this role requires strong customer service and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. You should be comfortable handling phone calls, managing confidential information, and maintaining accurate reports and investigative records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry is essential, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and use independent judgment.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two years full-time equivalent related experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
