Are you passionate about student success and creating a dynamic, inclusive campus environment? North Idaho College is looking for a Director of Student Engagement & Orientation to lead the charge in enhancing student life and supporting a vibrant campus community!
In this exciting role, you will oversee the New Student Orientation program, helping new students transition smoothly into college life while also developing and managing student-centered initiatives. From student clubs and government to events and basic needs assistance programs, you’ll play a key role in fostering an engaging and supportive environment for students. Additionally, you’ll serve as a Student Conduct Officer, promoting a positive, respectful, and inclusive community.
This role requires someone who can inspire students, manage multiple projects, and create meaningful connections across campus. Work Schedule: typical college hours Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and three years full-time equivalent progressive experience in higher education (may include leadership in a college or university, program development and assessment, work with students at the college level, budget oversight, and/or supervision of employees) required.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and proof of degree if required for this position.
