Are you passionate about helping students achieve their goals? North Idaho College is seeking a dynamic Student Success Navigator to support students pursuing degrees in health professions and nursing. This role blends advising, coordination, and student advocacy to guide learners from application to graduation.
In this position, you’ll be a go-to resource for students - helping them interpret program requirements, navigate admissions, plan coursework, and connect with academic or personal support services. You’ll collaborate with faculty, program directors, and student services to promote student retention, success, and program completion. Whether you’re guiding a first-time applicant through entrance testing or preparing advising resources for orientation, your work will be central to shaping confident, prepared healthcare graduates.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a sincere commitment to student success. You should be comfortable presenting information, maintaining detailed records, and working across departments to keep students on track.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years’ full-time related experience is required.
Starting pay range: $43,250 - $51,900

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: typical college schedule is Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
