North Idaho College invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor of Business Management and Entrepreneurship. In this position, you’ll deliver instruction in areas such as entrepreneurship, business management, business law, and marketing strategy. You’ll also engage with local and regional partners like the Small Business Development Center and Gizmo CDA to support hands-on learning and community collaboration.
We’re looking for an educator with strong knowledge of entrepreneurship and business operations, who can bring real-world experience into the classroom. You should be tech-savvy, with the ability to teach in a variety of formats including online and hybrid environments. A student-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to instructional excellence are essential. Ideal candidates will bring firsthand experience in launching new ventures, driving business expansion, implementing growth strategies, or managing small businesses.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Education, Business Law, or related area plus a minimum of three (3) years of business startup/entrepreneurship-related work experience (such as launching new ventures, business expansion, business growth strategies, small business management, etc.) required. Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of students, faculty, and staff from multi-cultural backgrounds.
Starting pay range: $50,834 - $70,554

Work Schedule: Mid-August to Mid-May
