North Idaho College is seeking a Data & Systems Coordinator to join our Financial Aid team and play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and student-focused processes. This functional position oversees the systems that power financial aid - from managing ERP updates and custom rules to resolving data discrepancies, generating compliance reports, and ensuring federal and state requirements are met. You’ll also support office operations by maintaining document imaging, administering student communications, and collaborating closely with IT and Enrollment Services to keep workflows efficient and reliable.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and student success. We’re looking for a problem solver with strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex rules and regulations, and the communication skills to explain processes clearly to staff and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new systems are essential, as well as the ability to document workflows, train others, and maintain accuracy under deadlines. Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree and a minimum of three years full-time related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Starting pay range: $49,003 - $58,804

Work Schedule: typical college hours are Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
