North Idaho College is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Adjunct Faculty member in Business Administration to join our dedicated team of educators committed to student success this upcoming Spring Semester. In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging courses in business administration, preparing students to excel in today’s dynamic business environment. You’ll create and maintain course materials, assess student learning, provide timely feedback, and use a variety of instructional delivery methods - including in-person, hybrid, and online formats - to meet diverse learning needs.

As part of the instructional team, you’ll hold regular office hours, advise students on academic progress, and contribute to program and curriculum development. You’ll maintain accurate records, participate in division meetings, and support the college’s mission through excellence in teaching, collaboration, and student engagement.

We’re looking for a professional with a master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field who demonstrates strong communication skills, proficiency with instructional technology, and sensitivity to students from diverse backgrounds. Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related area. Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of students, faculty, and staff from multi-cultural backgrounds.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to use a personal computer and associated peripherals and current version of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, Internet, and alternative delivery systems (e.g., internet and interactive video) at a proficient level.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment including phone, fax, copier

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: To start Spring 26, Teaches up to 9 credits per semester

Pay:  $1,100 per credit, per semester 

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and proof of degree if required for this position.
