Join our team and help keep campus clean, safe, and welcoming as a part-time Custodian. In this role, you’ll perform a variety of custodial and maintenance tasks that support a positive environment for students, faculty, and the community.
You’ll clean and maintain classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas by vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and removing waste and recyclables. You’ll assist with floor care, including scrubbing and polishing, as well as setting up and breaking down spaces for classes and events. Additional responsibilities include restocking supplies, cleaning entryways, supporting basic maintenance needs, and reporting any safety concerns. You may also assist with outdoor upkeep, including litter removal and seasonal tasks like snow removal.
We’re looking for someone dependable and detail-oriented who takes pride in their work. You should be able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and communicate clearly with team members and campus staff. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment are essential. The ability to follow instructions, operate cleaning equipment, and respond to needs as they arise will help you succeed in this role.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English
Starting pay range: $16.30 - $18.74
Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: up to 19.5 hrs/week, Mon-Fri 8:00pm-12:00am or 6:00pm-10:00pm, occasional weekend work depending upon events
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and proof of degree if required for this position.
