As Head Coach, you will provide leadership for all aspects of the women’s basketball program, including recruiting, coaching, player development, game strategy, scheduling, team operations, and staff supervision. You will create a culture that emphasizes athletic excellence, academic achievement, personal growth, and sportsmanship while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of student-athletes. The position also plays a key role in budgeting, fundraising, alumni and community engagement, marketing, and representing the program throughout the region.

Successful candidates will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, supervise staff, build relationships, and effectively promote the program. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of two years full-time related experience and/or training.
Required License and/or Certifications:
Current CPR/First Aid Certification
Current valid Driver’s License
Starting pay range: $49,494 - $59,393
