If you enjoy working outdoors and want to help keep our campus looking its best, consider joining our team as a part-time Landscape Assistant. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained campus environment. Working alongside experienced staff, you'll support a variety of landscaping, grounds maintenance, and seasonal projects that make a visible difference every day.
In this role, you'll assist with mowing, edging, planting, watering, mulching, pruning, weeding, and general landscape maintenance. You'll help keep sidewalks, lawns, and outdoor spaces clean by removing leaves, debris, and litter, and you'll operate a variety of landscaping tools and equipment as assigned. Depending on the season, you'll also assist with snow and ice removal, event setup, moving furniture, minor outdoor repairs, and other projects that support campus operations. This position offers a variety of tasks and the opportunity to work outdoors in a collaborative team environment.
We're looking for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work, values safety, and takes pride in doing quality work. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, able to follow directions, and works well as part of a team. Basic computer skills, the ability to read, write, and speak English, and a positive, customer-focused attitude are important. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or other hours as needed is also appreciated.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, or current enrollment in high school or GED program.
Starting pay range: $16.46 - $18.93
Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, up to 19.5 hrs/wk, some flexibility
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and proof of degree if required for this position.
