Hiring range: $59,888 - $71,865

If you're passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive better decisions, we'd love to have you join us as an Institutional Data Analyst. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping the college use data to support strategic planning, accreditation, student success initiatives, program review, assessment, and continuous improvement. Your work will help leaders across the institution understand trends, measure outcomes, and make informed decisions that shape the future of the college.

You'll extract, validate, analyze, and report data from a variety of institutional systems to support recurring and ad hoc information requests, mandatory state and federal reporting, and college planning efforts. You'll partner with employees across campus to identify information needs, develop effective data retrieval strategies, and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights. You'll also administer the college's survey platform, support the design and distribution of surveys, maintain key institutional data sets, and develop processes that promote consistency, quality, and data-informed decision-making. As a subject matter expert, you'll communicate findings to audiences ranging from department staff to college leadership and represent the college in conversations with state and regional agencies.

We're looking for someone with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills who enjoys working with complex data and finding practical solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to data integrity, and able to communicate quantitative and qualitative findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Success in this role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, an understanding of higher education data and accountability, and a collaborative, service-focused approach to supporting colleagues across the institution.
