Job Summary
This Graduate Assistant Position will work with the TCH Budget Manager, specifically to assist with reviewing and processing travel vouchers and reimbursement requests from the tenure-track faculty and NTTs in the School of Teaching and Learning. The GA will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to work directly with the faculty members in this regard. The GA will need to be good with numbers and pay strong attention to details.
Additional Information
The School of Teaching and Learning is a unit with the College of Education. It is home to four undergraduate teacher education programs and four graduate programs.
Salary Rate / Pay Rate
$755 for 0.25 FTE appointment

2. Must be a degree seeking graduate student at Illinois State University in Teaching and Learning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets
- General knowledge of fund accounting
Work Hours
10 hours/week during the regular work week (M-F, 8:00am - 4:30pm)

Illinois State University student employees are restricted to no more than 28 hours per week of on-campus employment for all positions held. International students are restricted by their visa status to no more than 20 hours per week of on-campus employment when the university is in session but may work up to 28 hours per week when the university is not in session.
