Job Summary
This is a temporary position, through no later than the end of June 2026, to provide support for the National Board Resource Center at Illinois State University. This position provides administrative support for the National Board Resource Center.
- The main focus of this position is working with NBRC confidential data sets. This position is responsible for maintaining the data sets and reporting data findings, managing and creating surveys through Qualtrics/Formstack
- Creating documents and processing subsidies and incentives.
- Responsible for communicating with NBRC team members in the field regarding ISU policies, procedures, and protocols concerning vendor payments
- Provide general accounting support, including but not limited to prepping travel vouchers and regular vendor payments.
- Assists with end-of-year reports
- Other duties as assigned

$30.00 per hour

- Bachelor's degree
- Prior work experience with the National Board Resource Center

Extra Help employees may only work up to 28 hours per week for all University employment and are paid for hours worked only. Extra Help employment does not guarantee permanent employment. Extra Help employees may only work up to 900 total hours.
