Job Summary
This extra help position hosts events at Ewing Cultural Center. They are responsible for overseeing preparation of events, serves as an information source for vendors, coordination of vendors locations on the property, and ensuring the policies of the Cultural Center and Illinois State university are adhered to. Also oversees events in process, opens and closes the property, as well as securing the manor. Works with clients to ensure events run smoothly, contacts appropriate ISU Personnel if mechanical problem or security issues occurs.

$15.00 per hour
Required Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
Work Hours
Varies, up to 28 hours per week maximum. Nights and weekends required.
Functional Expectations
Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:
1. Remain at a workstation for extended periods
2. Move about in various locations across campus as needed to complete day-to-day work.
3. Effectively communicate on a daily basis.

Extra Help employees may only work up to 28 hours per week for all University employment and are paid for hours worked only. Extra Help employment does not guarantee permanent placement. Extra Help employees may only work up to 900 total hours.
