Job Summary
Under general supervision from designated supervisors, to provide assistance in the operation of a campus-wide recycling program.

$21.00 per hour
Required Qualifications
Valid Class C (non-CDL) Driver's License
Work Hours
Schedule/hours may include weekends and vary based on University events; Hours not to exceed 28 per week.
Functional Expectations
Must be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:
1. Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
2. Ability to climb, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach overhead.
3. Ability to push, pull up to 60 lbs.
4. Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.

**This position does not qualify for student employment.
Applicants for this position must be authorized to work in the U.S. without ISU sponsorship. Sponsorship for work authorization will not be considered for this position.
Extra Help employees may only work up to 28 hours per week for all University employment. Employees are only paid for hours worked and do not qualify for most benefits including health insurance and retirement, with Illinois State University. However, Extra Help employees are eligible to participate in the University’s supplemental retirement savings plans (403b). Applicable retirement information is provided at the time of hire. There is no guarantee that working as Extra Help will lead to or secure permanent employment. In addition, extra help employees may only work up to 900 hours total during their employment.

Applicable part-time work experience will be considered toward qualifying for this position; however, it will be converted to a full-time equivalency to determine combined length of experience.
