Uniting Osborne, based in the bustling Shoalhaven city of Nowra, a place that welcomes everyone to be part of our family. Uniting Osborne has 5 separate households, each with up to 25-29 residents, including a Memory Support Unit for people living with dementia. Our Uniting Homemaker ensures that the community is thriving and doing things that are meaningful and enjoyable. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing clinical care 
• Providing treatment as required 
• Undertaking client assessments 
• Monitoring clients 
• You will be a clinical leader in the service, and you will develop, deliver, and evaluate resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
• Acquire sharp clinical assessment skills and will take the lead in providing clinical services
• You’ll liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ family members to advocate for clients’ quality of life
• Supervise and support our Personal Care Workers

Who we’re looking for?

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Experience in aged or community care, OR a passion to begin a career in aged care if you have nursing experience in the wider health sector
• Be committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice.
• Adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, a great time manager, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values

Shifts available:

• AM & PM shifts available 6:30am to 3:30pm or from 4pm
• Casual shifts available
